Deck Repair and Water Drainage Fix

This project involved repairing a deck that had sunk approximately 2 inches due to water intrusion at the pier block. We used a house jack to temporarily support the structure and installed a new support post to re-stabilize the deck. To prevent future water damage, we extended the downspout hose under the deck and directed it away from the home’s foundation. Once the structural repairs were complete, we replaced the damaged deck boards for a clean, safe, and functional finish.
